Instead of quickly understanding from the picture whether I need this post, I need to sit all day and go to each post to see what’s inside and then follow the link. It's even funny.

I'm sorry but I agree with @ethiopia, you can live without the preview pics. I still don't know why 3DUK has a big hard-on for the preview pics, because IMO ZGFX is for sharing items, not browsing them (members max browse the new daily shares to stay in the loop, but those pictures are mostly working fine). For browsing you should use the stores, you can see all the details there, like if the item requires something, if it's part of a bundle etc which infos here are not always present. And if you see something you would like to try, then just search for it on the blog and if you get no result, start a request for it.

This issue causes no more of a problem than the original Request section - where some members only choose to post a link to the item [that does not automatically open an image].

FFS grow a pair and stop whining about things.

Be glad you have a site like this to visit.
A little time to 'research' the items is nothing to complain about.

I am a grateful member, who is also annoyed by the image drops, for one simple reason:
They don't have to happen.

There CAN be a compromise and avoidance of dropped previews via a shortlist of avenues, and attention to detail in posts. If everyone did it the site would benefit.
(What I can't abide is users who post no image whatsoever. Why? Maddening. The site does indeed work better and easier with the benefit of previews, it's a fact. Why unnecessarily sabotage that ease of use on purpose? And even to the foot-shooting uploader themself. I don't get it.)

To practice the preach, I have bunkr-ed my currently broken previews and submitted to mods, and may even start a mission of repairing others' with mod help until the new self-repair option is enabled. (Again, "if everyone did it")
Suffice, if there's something to complain about there's something to do about it.

Have zero problems with the image not working, as others have said - can still click on the link. Done that a few times. Not the end of the world if the image isn't showing.
