Yes! Now is properly horrorific
Even the shadows have become more menacing.
The white separator seems a bit too "clean" compared to the rest of the room, but I am not gonna be too picky.
Second one looks much better Adam. The theme of human metamorphosis, like in The Thing, Quatermass, The Fly, freaks me out.... which makes it good

She is G3F and was just messing around after seeing Lovecraft discussed in the forum. Ive got 2 other less bloody ideas I'm messing with down the road.
Fly is an amazing movie. Ive not seen Quatermass so ill have to look into that. The Stuff was a bit silly but good. District 9 was decent.
There are several Quatermass films and The Quatermass Xperiment (1955) is the one I'm talking about.
