I took a model out of a game today, but the textures are a bit strange to me. The normal is orange instead of blue.
How can I convert an orange normal to a blue one?
Also I don't know what to do with the mask map.
I just used the program materialize and created a normal.
Would be nice if someone knows how I could use the original textures (dds) . I can make the model with textures available as fbx for someone to look into it.
Converting the textures was successful. Converted the normal texture to the method of the video. The mask texture is automatically created in iClone. so I don't have to follow that procedure.
I did convert the dds to tga first.
