Here's the short of the long story. Had an AMD A8 Socket FM1 (or 2, can't remember) from about 20 years ago with 32GB of Ram. Really solid PC and loved everything about it, minus it's case bulkiness. But it was slow in rendering in both Poser and Daz. Finally, about 1 or 2 years was able to afford a new, faster PC, so I got an Dell Intel i7-2600 @ 3.40GHz with 8GB of ram, which I upgraded to max of 16GB. (Dell Optiplex 990) for just under $200. It did, and does amazing at rendering FAST. Faster than the AMD, and it didn't cost me what I couldn't, and can't afford (52 years old on Disability means a very slim and narrow bank account. So I just can't grab $600 to spend on a new PC.
