There may be several cases where the line is blurred but I'd find it difficult to believe anyone would pick the second option three times. Beauty is generally not a modern art puzzle of random colors.
Needless Plastic surgery is awful and in a lot of cases destructive.
Been awhile since I looked into ancient beauty views but I believe at least part of the "full" was related to health, wealth and breeding. Ancient Egypt isn't full of statues of round people. Though that may be from the environment and diet.
Most ancient Japanese art they seem relatively modest in width.
