Not sure whether I am missing something obvious in this request:
The post and the links all talks about the free blender model and points towards the blender file website, couldn't find any info on the Daz version (converter, Daz rendered pic etc). Anyone else confused about this?
It is strange. The original post says they converted it to G8, but then it's a .blend file. Anyways it's a free file, so why request for it at all? None of it makes sense.
The CONVERTED to G8 is the request starter's personal request. There is no option to request custom model conversions in the system, so the best way we can handle this atm.
So, the request was to convert this blender model into DAZ format? Shouldn't that be specified clearly in the request. Instead the header says "converted to G8" which That is so confusing.
And as a side note, there is a converted model available in the Dazzrorks3d's patreon. "https://www.patreon.com/posts/widowmaker-blend-122678559".
You can grab it for free from there if you know how to get items free from patreons or for a measly amount of 59600 points, I can get it for you.Like I said the system can't handle this atm, but we won't forbid the users from requesting ports.
If you add "I want this... I offer this... Convert this..." text, when it gets filled and posted on the blog, this text will be in the middle of the blog post, which will confuse a huge amount of members, who will start to spam us and the filler with reports.That makes sense @warrant63
The original smutba post is confusing. I guess what the author meant by converted to G8 was they have a G8 model rigged in Blender and converted it for use in Blender specifically.@warrant63 .. isn't that the same one that's available for free here.. ??
