Thanx Adam.
IT is not easy to get work this " straight" Clay has different placisities at different stages of" wetness". To wet and it is like putty, and sticks to tools, to dry and it wil not be molded into shape anymore. So I make the rough shape, let it dry a bit, go over it al again, more drying, more refining, etc. Top one is 40 hours of work, took 3 weeks to complet with drying periodes included.
I thought Zbrush would be great to work digital. In theorie one could sculpt as with clay in Zbrush. But I found I miss the feel of the material, the missing out on the "manual" part of the work .
On top of that I found the interface and posibilities of Zbrush overwhelming. Might give it a go again, but it is no substitude for clay for me.
