It appears that I have figured out the non-working facial mocap problem! After trying everything I could think of, short of setting my high dollar pc on fire, I went to the firewall (after disconnecting the internet!)and unblocked IC7 there, and Viola! The whole thing works flawlessly! I tried leaving the internet on, and immediately my iClone tanked with a "bad serial number" error, so it is best to disconnect from online first. Hope this helps my friends!

Hi @refugedenied. Thanks for sharing the problem and solution. Indeed, it seems that it is essential to block Reallusion, both in Firewall and in hosts. One question, after getting the error, were you able to use iClone?

It forced me to close it and wouldn't let me do anything else. When I unplugged my lan cable, everything worked. I'm working on a fix though.

"Basically SkinGen premium is a plugin for Character Creator 3 Pipeline , but it is not included in Character Creator 3 Pipeline, you can purchase it separately. SkinGen Premium plugin the latest version is v1.0, it can work with CC v3.4 & iClone v7.9 without problem."

Was the official answer to your question. Before receiving it, I have to say that SkinGen Premium was not uninstalled for me to upgrade to iClone 7.9 and CC 3.4 (I use Revo Uninstaller Pro). But it showed up in Character Creator 3.4 straight away!

Hello!

Everything works perfectly but I have an issue. The TRIAL faceware installs as EXPIRED already even though I am sure I never used it. Is there a registry entry I could trick into thinking it's still new? I am having trouble finding a cracked version of it as the trial cannot install for me. I tried even setting windows time back and around june 2017 4-5th but no luck.
