For those uninterested in installing G9 (at all), this updates the DS Auto-Fit dialog and works for G9 assets on legacy generations (G1 thru G8.1).
(Disclaimer is to scale. Occasional asset may not completely work or snap-to correctly.)
I'm still hoping someone is going to come up with a G9 - G8.1F Character Conversion script.
I am not so bothered about textures, more the morphs.:0/

It seems the exe/PE is packed whit a strange packer called Obsidium, but no sure.. 😀

As I said earlier, I am more interested in the morphs than the textures.

It works perfectly for the textures, no problems with geografts likes NGV8 either, but it needs some extra steps for the geograft and the eyes.
The morphs tho, doing it manually is still the best way to do it imo. Its also the fastest and less tedious part of the conversion so I think I will just do the morph next time and leave the textures to the tool above.From my personal point of view, as I have said before, I am not really interested in the textures; just the head & body morphs of the better G9 offerings.
I'm with @eelgoo. I just want the morph. I don't care about textures or UV's. Just the morph.
So far, The best way to convert, IMHO, was with this video.
But I'd much rather have a script to do it all.
