Disappeared Request

Hi, I recently requested an Unreal Asset, Rome - Italian Town, but I can't find it anywhere in Requests or even My Offer List -but the points offered by me have been locked already, though.

Did I do something wrong when I filled the request?

Someone else filled the request, but you did not get a message with a link?

I just placed the request, that's all. And it doesn't seem to be available so anyone can fill the request. I can't find it anywhere, but the points I offered are locked.

How can I contact the admins other than this thread I started? I can't find a way to do it.

I don't remember for that item/request but your request was probably removed because of one of these (these are the usual problems):

- Already posted on the blog or as a request.
- No cover picture (you skipped the upload and used our default NSFW picture for a SFW request).
- Missing description from the store page (or you added your own written one, or just a random line from the store page description).
- Missing SKU in DAZ Store requests (https://new.imagehostx.com/upload/2024/07/04/SKU_1720113599.jpg In the DAZ Store links, the SKU is NOT part of the URL - this is why you need to add the SKU manually. While the SKU is part of the Renderotica and Renderosity URLs + Renderhub doesn't use any - so in case of these stores you don't have to add the SKU additionally).
- The item's real and full name isn't in the title (so the others won't find it if they search that string).
- There is a personal message in the item's description (I'm offering this, I want that etc)

You are free to re-add the request anytime. You get your points back when the request got "fully" removed.

Warrant, he seems to have had 7000 points deducted to the request he made, that request is not there any more.
The points have not been refunded to his account. Unless of course the request was filled ??

Yeah, that's right SonyTony. I can't do it again at the moment.

Thanks @sonytony It's probably a bug, because every request should have an ID in the transaction log, but it's (0) in this case :/

@joragonh1979 I refunded your points, I can't see the request anywhere in our system (so you wouldn't get back anything auto).

Nope, no luck.

Could it be because now for Unreal the marketplace has changed (is FAB now)?

I double checked:
- Not already posted previously.
- I uploaded picture.
- Filled the description field.
- The item's real.
- No personal message.

Same result, with log (0) again
