That's not how it works... sadly.
Character Creator as all Reallusion poroducts works as registered products and you need a unique serial on a unique PC so it cant be shared except if you want to be blacklisted.
The only way this could be shared is if someone cracks the actual software an so far, no news about it. The moment is cracked I'm pretty sure you will see on the main blog and over the net but so far, no news so it's pointless to offer 1000000000 points for this since this won't work as a Daz Product request. Just my 2 cents.
In addition to what was posted by @Davizca87, with this new version there are no direct downloads. Everything is now downloaded and installed through the hub. So, unless a "legal" owner has the know-how to extract the program after installation, I don't see it becoming available...at least in the near future.
