With the new user discount, it’s $182, but I can’t cover all of it myself since I have a lot of bills this month.
For anyone unfamiliar with a "buy in," it's when a group of people pool their money together to purchase something, and then the item is shared among the members. I can personally contribute $100 when I get paid on the 27th, so we still need $82 to cover the cost. If around 16 people pitch in $5 each, we’d be all set. Of course, the more people who contribute, the fewer we’d need to make up the total.

It is exclusively online lesson content, with what I would assume an exclusive login for the purchaser.Can't see the site allowing multiple access logins for the same account - lots of contributors mean bound to clash - for either the 'buy in' or just request filling [60 so far].
Up to 69. That's around $2/piece at $148. How it would work irl, that's a much more iffy proposition based on your concerns. Note that anything that can watched on a computer can be downloaded. Even if you have to do a screen record to do it.
There are 3 Coloso courses that are already posted here on the site. I can't imagine that getting the videos from this course would be too much of a problem.
Yeah if it's not downloadable then I will just record each one using OBS and then put all of it into a GoFile or Drive link
Which now that I think about it I probably wouldn't have to do since there are a MILLION browser extensions that let you download ANY video

The course is not 1 video - it is at least 12 [as far as I recall].It is also possible for sites to protect their videos against downloading.
There may still be one out there that will get around their protection - but I bet it is not free or cheap.

screen rips are almost impossible to stop. They simply copy what's being displayed on the screen. Like taking a video camera and recording your screen, except, the software is recording it instead of a camera. There are lots of them around. Quality varies, but I can get pretty close to 4K if the content is 4K.

So, assuming not everyone in the request thread will want to transfer money [lets say 50%], what would be the distribution means regarding Buy In and Points Pledged members?

Why don't you share it with the folks who offered points? That's one of the key functions of the zone. Congrats on the bonus.
