so after picking up some new stuff I put together a small render to test them out,
that and I wanted to try some lighting stuff too.January 24, 2018 at 11:48 am #471126@skinklizard
I can only see a big blank box.
Does anyone else see the render?
January 24, 2018 at 12:01 pm #471138No, I don't see the image what image share are u using ? you should try imgur.com or postimage.org
January 24, 2018 at 12:02 pm #471140Crud seems I derped on the linking of the image
no idea if its possible to edit.
apparently I needed to change the link slightly to direct link it
so let me try this
January 25, 2018 at 12:10 am #471761I made an attempt at another render, this time going for a beach scene
sadly I really need a better beach.
Going to try one of the ibl HDRI ones monk uploaded.also thanks @coolcat for the suggestion of using postimage.org for the image uploads.

Yeah, Multiplane Cyclorama is pretty outdated. The beach HDRI that wes recently uploaded is pretty good. Also, I’ve said this before, but if you download the dForce Baby Doll Wet outfit, Linday included an awesome beach prop.
January 25, 2018 at 12:27 am #471780@robf4g210 thanks yea I actually have got the baby doll wet outfit, but I seem to be missing some shader for the sand, so haven't gotten it working yet. will see if I can figure out what I did wrong and correct the shader issue as the beach model itself looks pretty sweet.
January 25, 2018 at 8:40 pm #472752@skinklizzard that bottom render on the beach, it looks like all of her face is cracked, like it's made of porcelain. Is that the wet hair glitching through her skin or is it supposed to look like that?
January 25, 2018 at 9:13 pm #472780@evilmonkey now that you mention it it does look like that, it's the bangs/fringe of the wet hair, it was meant to look like she'd come out of the water after being dunked by a wave or such, with wind blowing the loose front strands of hair all stuck to her face. but I'm still tinkering with dforce and hair (at least this time it didn't turn into a screen sized dark cloud)
January 25, 2018 at 9:19 pm #472782Darn. She just made all my male models render a hard-on on their own. I'm afraid some of my female models are quite aroused by that look as well. You'd better hide her on her own drive or your other models will surely have their way with her...
January 25, 2018 at 9:32 pm #472788I can see the first pic post. You guys don't see it because you don't have Dragon eyes. 😉
January 25, 2018 at 11:11 pm #472835Woah there @Dragon, surely you can see I'm the only profile picture with a three-headed dragon;
I don't need two eyes. My two one-eyed snakes do the seeing and the talking.January 25, 2018 at 11:12 pm #472839Ummm, I guess Starry Eyes works has well has Dragon eyes since I'm having no trouble seeing the original image post.

I suggest using a dForce weight modifier on the Drop Wet Hair and paint the bangs with Avery light touch of rigidity with the paint brush. Here’s the results I got with the same hair. Not perfect, but not bad.
I hope I don’t get in trouble for not using Bitly. Imgur doesn’t show the image anyway.
January 25, 2018 at 11:21 pm #472845I meant “a very” light touch.
Now that I look at the image again, I think I need to lighten the weight on the bangs again and maybe increase the power of the wind node aiming down on her some more.
