The advertising says "Jackal, Everyone is waiting for you." I think it's related to the political thriller The Day of the Jackal (1973).

The actor in that photo is Steve Franken, a really funny character actor who played a ton of comic roles mostly in the 60's and 70's.
I mean, just look at that expression on his face!
