You can load them with the included living room or separately.
The mats can be loaded as premade areas (small and large area).
50 materials (per render engine, total 100) give you a lot of choice to find a mat style that suits you.
All materials use "white textures" in the diffuse channel, making it easy to further tweak the coloring.
The full scene and all materials have been carefully adjusted for both 3Delight and Iray.
