Do I need to know C++ to work with ACF U?

Absolutely not! ACF U is designed so you never have to touch it's C++ code. It's like an engine within an engine, allowing you to work entirely in Blueprints, if you want. Everything is exposed, making it fully expandable without writing a single line of code, giving you the power of professional C++ gameplay system with the simplicity of Blueprints! And if you want you can of course extend it in C++ as well! This will results in a perfectly decoupled codebase that can grow in size while maintaining a SOLID and reliable architecture that will scale without issues. Organizing the codebase in "layers" is the most common way to work in the industry because allows to re-use common logics in different projects speeding up signficantly the production process.
