Why is this download-file named as a regular DAZ-asset (IM00019-something?) - that's not following good naming conventions - IM000-files are DAZ original files - other DIM-files are fine, just name them something else - personally, I use RO000 for Renderosity, and RA000 for Renderotica, and so forth. For custom content, use CC000, or your own moniker, or something.
