*Be Warned : The linked version here is not the last one : It has not been updated for UE5+ ( with Lumen & Nanites ) ; it might still work great with UE5+ and anyone ready to spend some hours on it should even be able to update it manually to use these technologies, instead of just LOD ( Old good LODs are sometimes still better than nanites for performances, thus maybe it is fine to keep that old version to compare with the last one once it is published here ? ).
