If you look carefully there's definitely a lot missing, like half the hands. It's a known issue with SD. I could have tried to fix it but..... ah.. too lazy.I've haven't watch the show but it looks interesting. I've not watched many TV shows for a long while other than about 2 years ago I had 6 months straight.
"Erik the Viking" is as close to vikings I've watched.
Just tell everybody they were lost in battle.
That or they got really hungry.

[EDIT:] Perhaps you could have Redflag put balloons or food on them. They could all look like they're heading to the fight with turkey legs or cake, mmmmm.
LOL I wish I could. Faces and torsos are easy in SD, but limbs/hands which can be in a variety of poses and positions and seen from different angles are a huge problem. I'm sure someone will fix the issue in the near future.
I think this image just has way too many people to give them all good hands on the first go. Loads of inpainting required to fix those 😅
Good effort though. Hopefully, SD3 will finally be better at representing large numbers of people.
