Hi, i know this sounds a bit weird, to start with, i have poser 12 and downloaded the poser 4 and poser 4 pro from here. Mainly to add some basic bits like poser used to have .....
I've got an up to date win 11 system, but couldn't get poser 4 to run, with out registering it, and poser 4 pro wouldn't run past the code installation, no matter what compatibility i tried.... will see if i can use my poser 12 to load in the poser 4 and poser 4 pro files .... does anyone have a better idea?The last time I ran Poser 4 I had to use XP Mode in Windows 7. Windows compatibility settings weren't good enough. I don't recall ever making it work under Windows 10, not without more faff than I was prepared to put in anyway.

- Doesn't that come with Poser 12 anyway? As a separate download I think
- You don't need to run the Poser 4 executable to get it, just link the runtime to your P12 installation.
Maybe I misunderstood what you were trying to do?
Poser 11 Pro run well in win 10, not poser 12...(for my experience..)
Never tried Poser 13... or Poser 4.
For...what? Use Poser itself or assets? Daz can import any asset from Poser. You d´ont need install, just copy the assets content in a folder, and add to path in Daz, in Menu/edit/Preferences/Content/Content directory Manager/Poser formats..., and Add the path.Abad is correct. I believe the assets are included as clear items that just need to be copied and extracted.

anything older than 2014 should probably be run in a VM with original operating systems to maximize compatibility.
An alternative is to run it on Linux using the WINE libraries - since Poser/PPP isn't using any strange render engines, it should work very well. I don't use Linux much though, but the DAZ forums have an ongoing thread about it that has run for years.
