Fetish Wear pack includes two conforming items for Victoria 4, Posture collar and Buckled mini corset.
Both items include body morphs and special morphs to make your clothing fit easier with some posing.

Note: The Posture collar is meant to be used as a posture with straight neck positions.
However if you want to bend it, you can do that by selecting the Posture collar > Body Parts > Neck and in the Properties check the Bend option.
