Cute Capris is a set of drawstring tights for Victoria 4. It comes in 2 versions; one long, full capris, and one short, mid-thigh version.
It's a detailed dynamic cloth with displacement maps that add thickness and detail. Each piece comes with and without the ties. It comes in two different resolutions, and with plenty of different materials.
