The Sanctuary
A Trip to … the side of a mountain.
This is monastery perched precariously halfway up a cliff some 900 meter above the ground, it appears to be glued to the side of a sheer precipice.
"The Sanctuary" is an ideal scenery for your adventure scenes or your martial art tournaments.
Inspired by the famous "Taktsang Dzong" who, according to the legend Guru Rinpoche flew over the Himalaya from Tibet in the 7th century on the back of a tigress and Taktsang was consecrated to tame the Tiger demon. He then meditated in a cave there for three months where the monastery was later built. The cave is said to be the origin of Buddhism in Bhutan.
