Hello, ladies and Gents Here is the Genesis 8 Character Database V2. After the overwhelming response of version 1, I took a closer look at how I setup the database and found better lighting and better formatting for the characters.
The most frustrating thing about designing a new character is going through your models and finding feature you are looking for. As for me, I’m usually looking for body type, skin tone, and facial features. However, the icons and character previews are not designed for previewing the character they are for showing the best possible angle with hair and other accessories that don’t come with the product.
So I came up with a solution to quickly view the models in a standardized way that allows quick access to see body, skin, and facial features at a glance
I included the settings I use for the renders so you can expand your own database.
Just place the database in you render folder and start searching!
