I don't know if anyone has asked a similar question before, but if you post on the Daz 3D forum with the same account name on this site, will it cause your account to be banned once they find out?
On the DAZ forums, they have no problem with banning you because of loud negative opinions about DAZ, so yeah, they will probably ban you if they find out once 😀
Argh!...ensure you have a unique name and avatar here. Don't ask the same question here as on any vendors forums. If you're going to pirate, keep identities in every pirate site different. It's best to be a whole lotta paranoid when doing this stuff.
Daz3D should not ban users who use the same or a similar name here. Otherwise one could simply lookup some user names one doesn't like on Daz3D and register here with these names and profile images. And then ask the same questions here (thanks Ethiopia) to get them banned from Daz3D. Posting here one should also complain also about the bad Daz forum and dumb users to make it for the admins more easy to ban the account.

Ain't that the truth. I can't remember the chick who's been modding there for years, but she's just about the most unpleasant moderator I've experienced on the net.
@vanimoch3dx, What a brilliant idea! We could make a bunch of ID's here using the names and avatars of popular posters at Daz and have a field day! I'm gonna be DAZ_Rawb and maybe that asshole Hazeltine.
@barcgwcc Was it Chohole? The mod you mentioned? I think I heard she passed away. Her avator was an old person with a stick/club
Chohole was a good person but could be pretty abrasive as a mod.
And yes, they passed on a few years ago.@ethiopia I thought I heard it somewhere. She was quite abrasive

I've seen that happen at Daz more times than I'd like to remember 😨.... the exact same question on the same day. Some people are just dumb.I've heard that about banning people on that forum. I'm not a fan of that forum, due to how it is setup.
Apply some critical thinking when using the web, that's all you have to do.
I haven't posted on the DAZ forums since 2015, but only then it was to ask simple questions if I ran into issues. I watched it quickly change from a user friendly place into a cult where you had to keep your mouth shut in case the masters and their minions got offended. Not a place to ask anything outside the box.
You get radio silence there if you make a post out of line with the accepted Daz dogma, usually closely followed by deletion.
Not helpful at all really.

@reinecarola, yes that was she. Short fuse, bad temperament and pretty unhelpful to people asking questions. She was one of the reasons I stopped using their forums and started searching elsewhere for answers. She got mad at me for saying that porn makes up at least half of what people use DAZ for, ultimately threatening me with "a time out" if I didn't agree with her. Her avatar was perfect (and old hag beating you with a club).
